We are an ATV campground with cabins and RV sites. We’ve been in business since 2006 and we are gong into our fifth season. The camp ground started out with nine small cabins and three cottages.

Since then we’ve expanded up to 22 cabins and cottages. We were formally a KOA so we had to put in some relatively smaller cabins. A year ago we hooked up with folks from Conestoga and talked to them about building us five
new cottages. We had an idea in mind of a roof line a little different from what we’ve done on the regular package and they did everything they could do to make it come the way we wanted it.

The big stranger glass windows and form the cabin and building the cabin. What we got out of the deal was family friendly cabin, double bed and bunk bed with bunk on the top and a queen size bed in the front room and
we would put in a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and the bathroom shower heads, the bathroom in it is very family friendly. The cost from Conestoga was wonderful to work with and are looking forward to working with them again next year. It actually took and built these cabins on existing RV sites. The sites were generating about $400 a month and they were just monthlies, they were backed in, in and out, there was no real plan with it.

Since then we’ve put up these cabins, we’ve been running five cabins, running about an average of 70 nights a month at $130 a night which is a great increase compared to what we were doing before. We’re looking forward to expanding again this year. We’re probably going to put on paint and new cabins and we’re looking forward to working with Conestoga again.

Their work crews coming for these first five cabins of course and in about six weeks, fully professional from the date when they got here. They did everything they could to meet our needs and give the cabins to us as best as they could so we could actually get them rented.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
