Captain Ron Price –Buras, LA

It took Ron Price years to find the perfect place to build his idea, which came to life in 2004.   In 2005, Hurricane Katrina took everything away from him.  Although there was no damage to the cabins other than being removed from their foundations and floating a distance away, it took Ron until 2007 to rebuild. To rebuild the cabins, 140 MPH Wind Load and added fasteners and straps were required.  Ron is now in the process of designing another log building with Conestoga to add to the property.

Price’s Fish Intimidator Lodges on Redfish Lake have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, washer/dryer, large front porch, and wireless internet. The bedrooms have extra-long double beds, basically almost the same as a queen. Each bedroom has its own temperature control so visitors can adjust to their own comfort level. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom.

The bathrooms all have large showers and plenty of hot water, 100 gallons per cabin to be exact. The living room has 2 full sofas and a large screen TV with satellite and DVD. The kitchen has all the comforts of home and uses all top of the line GE profile appliances.

At Fish Intimidator you can fish for Trout, Triple Tail and Redfish on their own fleet of boats.  Visit Fish Intimidator’s website for more information.
