Some Background From the Customer:
I live in Scotland and I am now retired having worked our family foundry and engineering business for the last 45 years. During those years I built
a good sized house in Iowa as a base for handling my US customers.
I am now downsizing and looking to build a log house on ground I own next to my current house. The ground is flat, fully serviced with water, drainage, sewerage and electricity. I have the ability to do the driveway and crawl space / foundations. Also to do the assembly if required.
Conversation continued and Andrew and his daughter visited Conestoga’s Pennsylvania manufacturing plant and toured the Mountain King cabin that is on site. His daughter fell in love with the Mountain King so Andrew agreed to build the Mountain King. Andrew’s friend and his friend’s father constructed the cabin for Andrew’s family through the summer to winter, completing it in time for the family to celebrate Christmas 2018 in the states in their new cabin.[/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4330,4332,4333,4334,4335,4336,4337,4338,4339,4340,4331″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
